About the instructor: Nikkie Carothers has worked with various fiber arts for over 10 years, and has taught classes in Albuquerque and Seattle. She grew up in Durango, and has recently returned to share her art with her home town. 

Join us on December 15th from 2pm to 6pm for a beginner needle felting class with Nikkie. We will be making snowman (or snow women)  holiday figurines, using needle felting techniques. You will learn to sculpt with wool in three dimensions, two dimensions, asymmetrical shapes,  and add details. And as always, you keep what you create! 

All supplies will be provided. Class will be held in the loft at Create Art and Tea. Please register for the class before December 14th. This class is normally $50, but Nikkie is offering a 20% discount for the holidays, so it’s only $40! Class size is limited to 4 students, so bring a friend and reserve your spots soon!
