Welcome to this exciting introduction class to Mind Body Sound Yoga! You will be lovingly guided through Whole Body Movement, Pranayama (breath work), Mantra (sound current), Guided Meditation and Savasana (deep relaxation) in a precise conscious manner to energize the body while strengthening and balancing the immune, glandular and nervous systems. Promote emotional well-being, mental clarity and stress relief as well as awaken the spirit!Each class will end with the powerful vibration and healing sounds of the Gong as you melt into deep relaxation. We always close each class with an inspirational card and a cup of heartwarming tea! Come as you are, all levels are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket. Space is limited as these are semi private sessions. Mondays January 3rd-31st.
