Boundless Heart Mindfulness Practice with Myah Lee, a certified teacher in Mindfulness and Mindful Self-Compassion(MSC).
In each session, we will explore, with curiosity, the nature of our own minds. We will investigate our experience through mindfulness practice in a wakeful, attentive, open, free and loving way. The purpose is to learn to rest in awareness and feel the joy in daily living that brings profound ease, freedom and intimate connection with life.
