The Butterfly Collective and The Art Guild of Create are coming together to create monthly networking meetings for all creative minds to come together and share and learn from each other.

Hello, hello fellow artist, I just read a book by Jerry Saltz, who writes “No matter how introverted or shy you are, try as often as you can to spend prolonged time with other artists around your age and any age. The elders can share their wisdom and the young can inspire the elders.. Artists must commune with their own kind in order to survive, even if you live in a small town or out in the woods, do everything you can to bond with other artists. “ This is what the Butterfly Artist Collective offers to the Artists in Durango! Forging communities and networking is a spring bounty of benefits; Inspiration and growth, are kindled when surrounding yourself with diverse, artistic voices. This ignites fresh ideas, we gain valuable feedback, and push our boundaries in a supportive environment. With our artist community, we can leverage each other’s strengths, tackle larger projects, reach new audiences, leading to potential exhibits, grants and partnerships. We look forward to continuing to strengthen the artist community together and truly appreciate the wonderful support this wonderful community offers!
